Trivedi’s background in engineering lent itself to the development of inventive dyeing techniques at the Adiv workshop, but that was only the beginning. Today, the force behind the organization is the hand-dyers themselves—a small group of self-taught, talented youngsters from challenging backgrounds in the city.
