Yoga and Meditation Sunday at Khazana

Date: Sunday, January 14, 2018
Time: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Location: Khazana Arts and Textiles

Start the year right! Join us for a 75-minute class that will offer the opportunity to lovingly and profoundly open up to our bodies and the new year ahead. We will move our spines, soothingly move our joints, stretch our muscles, strengthen our cores, and expand our capacity for growth and openness – in both our bodies and lives.

We will end our class with yoga nidra, a powerful yogic technique of conscious relaxation. Led to a point just between sleep and meditation, the body blossoms into effortlessness as it is restored and renewed. This class is appropriate for all experience levels.

Come early or stay after to explore the shop and enjoy warm Chai and cookies!
