In this workshop we will learn how to use iRest Yoga Nidra on our own, both on and off your mat. iRest Yoga Nidra meditation can be done by anyone, you don’t need to feel like you have to “turn off” your thoughts. Our thoughts guide us in our lives and are needed in order to function, so why would we want to turn them off. In fact, in iRest we use our thoughts, sensations, emotions to guide ourselves back to our deeper selves, which is always present. In this way we are able to use iRest in each moment in our lives.
In this workshop, we will learn how to create our “home ground” the place that is safe and at peace. We will also learn the “tools” of iRest that can support our ability to go deeper into what the “message” is within each moment. We can set our minds free and let our spirit lead us into deeper connection with our source, and the divine.
**Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket & pillow.**
