In this hour long workshop, Lisa Fecarotta will present an overview of what Ayurveda is and where it fits into our lives.
Attendees will find out what their Dosha is, and Fecarotta will review the attributes of each Dosha. Fecarotta will also talk about how to determine when your Dosha is out of balance (causing health issues), and preliminary steps you can take to regain balance and good health.
Bring your open mind and a sense of curiosity for something new.
